Diane has been in the Property Management business since 1979 and an owner of the company since 1986. She received her RE Salesman License in 1980; her RE Broker's License in 1986; and her CAM License in 2015. She handles all the day-to-day operations of each community; including working with all Board's of Directors; homeowners; vendo
Diane has been in the Property Management business since 1979 and an owner of the company since 1986. She received her RE Salesman License in 1980; her RE Broker's License in 1986; and her CAM License in 2015. She handles all the day-to-day operations of each community; including working with all Board's of Directors; homeowners; vendors; title companies; etc. She has an extensive background in CCIOA and has the knowledge to make sure that the communities managed by the company are always compliant and up to date with all laws.
